Data Lake Sync includes a web-based portal that is embedded within the Infor Portal, allowing authorized users to view and manage their sync configuration and activity.

What You Can Do in the Portal

The Data Lake Sync portal provides visibility and control over your data movement processes. Key features include:

Create and Maintain Source and Destination Connections

  • Source Connections: Create connections to Infor Data Lake instances

  • Destination Connections: Create connections to your destination systems where data is being delivered (e.g., SQL Server, Postgres).

Create and Maintain Schedules

  • Schedule Type: Configure sync tasks to run on a Daily, Hourly, or Minutely basis.

  • Time Window: Configure the Start Time and End Time for each job.

  • Frequency Settings: Configure how often data is synced (e.g., every 30 minutes).

  • Days of the Week: Set which days the sync is active (e.g., weekdays only).

Monitor and Troubleshoot

  • Sync Job Monitoring: Track the status of each sync run, including success and failure events.

  • Log Access: View detailed log messages for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

The following steps should be used to provision the Infor Data Lake portal on your Infor tenant.
