Data Lake Sync includes a web-based portal that is embedded within the Infor Portal, allowing authorized users to view and manage their sync configuration and activity.

What You Can Do in the Portal

The Data Lake Sync portal provides visibility and control over your data movement processes. Key features include:

View Connections

  • Source Connections: See which Data Lake tables and APIs are configured as sources.

  • Destination Connections: Review the details of target systems where data is being delivered (e.g., SQL Server, Snowflake).

View and Manage Schedules

  • Schedule Type: Understand whether syncs are configured to run on a Daily, Hourly, or Minutely basis.

  • Time Window: Check the Start Time and End Time for each job.

  • Frequency Settings: See how often data is synced (e.g., every 30 minutes).

  • Days of the Week: Confirm which days the sync is active (e.g., weekdays only).

Monitor and Troubleshoot

  • Sync Job Monitoring: Track the status of each sync run, including success and failure events.

  • Log Access: View detailed log messages for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Don't See the Portal?

If the Data Lake Sync portal is not available in your Infor environment, it may not yet be installed or provisioned for your tenant.

Submit a support request via this Data Lake Sync Support Portal and request for the Data Lake Sync portal to be installed and made available to your environment.

By using the Data Lake Sync portal, you gain insight into how your data moves across systems and the ability to react quickly to any sync-related issues. If you’re responsible for data delivery or system integration, access to this portal is essential.
